Shipping policy

Please Note: All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order.

  • We make every effort to expedite the processing and delivery of your order, to provide the quickest turnaround time possible.  However, since every product is handcrafted, the processing times can vary based on the season, time of year, and the complexity of the product ordered.
  • Items such as our large wooden maps require the most build time.  Typical lead times for wood maps will range from 7 to 14 days.  However those numbers are subject to change based on time of year; how busy the season is; as well as other contributing factors. 
  • We will try to update the individual product pages with the most current lead times if they will be longer than that stated above.
  • During busy holiday seasons, lead times can range from 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the product ordered.  If you are looking to purchase gifts for Christmas or certain other busy holidays, it is best to place your order well in advance to ensure on-time delivery.


Personalized Products:

  • Note: For personalized products, once the product has gone into production, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Also, returns and refunds are not available on items with personalization.


Shipping Details:

  • Turnaround times vary by product.  If we are experiencing a higher then average work load which requires extended lead times from those mentioned above, we will try to indicate that on the individual products page.
  • Most shipments go out via UPS Ground (5-7 business days) or USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days).
  • During holidays and busy seasons we may experience higher than normal shipping volume.
  • We will promptly send you a shipping label confirmation once your order has completed production and is processed for shipping.


Damages and Other Shipping Issues:

  • Please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item.
  • If your item was damaged in transit, please provide photos of the damaged item along with photos of the packaging and shipping label.
